Hello, My name is Vytis Andre and I’m an online entrepreneur. Let me tell you my story…
The clock said 2:36 am… I woke up all in sweat and right away I could tell something was serious wrong. I could hardly breathe… my heart was going to jump out of my chest… I had terrible panic attack…
“Hey, I’m going to die…” I thought.
Then after few long and distressing hours somehow I calmed myself down that nigh.
But that was just the beginning… The beginning of my restaurant bankruptcy process…
And if you never was bankrupted you may not know, but it is terrible and destructive thing.
First, people you own money start wondering politely why they are not getting their money, then after some time they become frustrated and angry and after few more days some of them even start threaten you. “Pay my salary — I have nothing to eat” my employee was yelling into my face. And he was absolutely right.
I can hardly tell what shame I felt…
I stopped picking up my phone and was walking like a shadow in fear to meet someone I own.
“I’m a looser — how otherwise this could happen to me” I was weeping to my pregnant wife. She was trying sympathize with me, but I saw dreaded fear in her eyes…
Panic attacks were my daily thing these days. I could hardly sleep, eat, think — I was as paralyzed. I was terrified my newborn daughter will come into total poverty.
I got doctor’s prescription and started taking sedatives. Strong ones. Things become even worse…
After some period of time somehow I took hold of myself and got well paid but extremely stressful job. It was involving really long hours (typically I was putting in 55–60 hour weeks, and one week I put in a company record 90 hours)…
My daughter was born, my wife was still on maternity leave. I started paying some of my debts. My job was demanding and we kept finding ourselves living paycheck to paycheck. And I was endlessly frustrated by having so much of my life dictated by my debts and my work.
And one night after routine panic attack I found myself laying at St. Jacob’s hospital with those little sticky things all over my chest.
I looked over at my wife as she took my hand, and the tears welling up in her eyes made me feel the gravity of it all.
And finally it got to me.
It was in that hospital bed I realized if I didn’t do something…
I would live my entire life with this lingering sense that I wasn’t truly doing what I was put on earth to do.
After that horrific trip to the hospital, I went on a feverish search online for some way to earn money and work from home. I had no idea what I was looking for or who to trust. And sure, I was scared of the idea that I could go bankrupt again. But I couldn’t do anything. I tried to remain positive and apply lessons learned.
One night, I was randomly scrolling through Facebook and I found a short video…
It talked about how I could create my own business, online… from my laptop… in nearly no time at all.
I was pretty skeptical (duh), but after some time, I realized that my life was about to take a turn…
Now I’m in the middle of my journey. These days I’m experiencing steady flow of cash from my online business.
I’ve already paid some of my debts.
More important than any of that…
I feel like a new person.
We bought our first house and I’ve never been more happy and optimistic than I am in this very moment.
I don’t own any posh super car… I don’t have 5 million penthouse… Or 5 million in my account…
Anyway, I believe the end goal is happiness and the full enjoyment of life, and that’s what I’m going after.
This is only possible because of that one short video I happened to watch…
